How do I return an item?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product simply contact us at: 1-866-GUITAR5 or EMAIL: questions@millmusic.ca and we will help you make arrangements for it's return. Our goal here is to keep the customer happy and make sure you can continue to shop with us without worry.

If you are returning an item, it must be shipped back to us in it's original package with all accessories (warranty tags, fliers, guitar case keys) and we will process the return upon receipt of the item according to your wishes (exchange, store credit, or refund) to the best of our ability. Feel free to call our toll free number if you have concerns about the status of your return.

Items of a personal nature ( special orders, used items, clearance items, in ear monitors or any instrument that requires you to put your mouth on) are non returnable.

Refunds, exchanges or store credit will not be issued on returned items showing signs of use/misuse or tampering.

All products are fully inspected before they are made available to the public by our trained and professional staff, so you can shop with confidence.
